A comparative study of filter users and non-filtered households was conducted to understand the change in the status of households who used filtered water and changed their dietary habits from October 2018 to October 2019. For which the urine sample of both the families was taken, which has been tested by help of the Health Department in the District Hospital’s laboratory According to urine test it is clear that, 2.5 ppm less fluoride has been found in the urine of people than those who do not use filters. It is clear from the above facts that there is no fluoride in the urine of 3.1% of the people who use the filter. It means, Fluoride has been reduced in the body by improving the filtered water and nutrient diet, but there are other sources of fluoride which will have to be worked out, although the level of fluoride in the body can be considered as an estimate on the basis of urine test.
